Cope Commercial Flooring and Interiors, Inc. is a full-service commercial flooring company established in 1973. Cope Commercial Flooring is a Woman Owned Small Business and is a member of COSTARS (Cooperative Purchasing).
Our goal is to provide all of our clients with quality products and expert installation at competitive prices. Our team works with architects and designers to meet all specifications and directives to provide the most appropriate flooring systems, installation, service and advice.
Supported by a team that has a combined 225 years in flooring sales and installation experience, Cope Commercial Flooring is a fully-equipped installation company. We have in-house expertise in the demolition and removal of existing flooring using our state-of-the-art Blastrac scraper/stripping machine. This enables us to proceed with the preparation of the surface for the flooring application. Our installation services include all types of materials, including, but not limited to: vinyl composition tile, vinyl-enhanced tile, vinyl sheet flooring, static dissipative tile (SDT), ceramic, porcelain, carpet tile, wall-to-wall carpet, and rubber flooring
Flash cove of sheet vinyl, heat-welding, water-jet logo cutting, logo mats, custom-designed window treatments, metal expansion covers, concrete diamond grinding, polished concrete, painting, floor cleaning, stripping/waxing VCT, furniture and cubicle lifting and/or moving, and custom flooring design by using AutoCAD.
Some of the specialty projects we find extra exciting are when we are involved in church renovations. From the timeless architecture to the traditional values, each church is different. This allows Cope's team to work closely with the church members and to provide state of the art flooring for their sanctuaries, alters, choir areas, daycares and classrooms.
Lorie has a mechanical background in drafting with more than 15 years of experience as a senior structural designer. In 2016, Lorie and Jim fulfilled their dreams when they became the business owners of Cope. Lorie now uses her design experience along with her architectural and engineering knowledge so she can help customers transform their flooring design and make their space look refreshed and beautiful.
Jim has his PhD in Synthetic Organic Chemistry and a Bachelors Degree in Bio Engineering. He co-owns Cope with his wife Lorie. Jim is the Vice President, CFO along with Sales/Estimator. Jim is a skiing and exercise enthusiast.
Aaron joined Cope in January 1991 as a Salesperson and Project Manager. Since then, Aaron has successfully managed more than 25 million dollars in commercial/industrial flooring.
His current role is Sr. Sales Manager and he just celebrated his 30th Anniversary with Cope. Aaron enjoys golfing in his spare time.
Paula joined the Cope team in 2018 and brings with her over 15 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. In addition to being a Notary Public, her past experience with AIA progress billing and familiarity with construction procedures continues to be a great asset here at Cope. She enjoys hiking, reading and spending time with her family.
Iris is a bookkeeper with more than 20 years of experience in the Accounting Field. At Cope, her responsibilities are to ensure the accurate and timely processing of accounting data, accounts receivable, reconciling bank accounts, entering sales invoices, researching account transactions to identify and resolve discrepancies and accurately post transactions along with other bookkeeping duties. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her children, grandchildren and grand dog.
Roy started his career as a flooring installer almost 40 years ago. His experience includes both residential and commercial projects, with the majority of that time with Cope. He is Cope’s Lead Flooring Mechanic. In his spare time, Roy is an avid archery hunter and enjoys spending time with his grandchildren.
Nathaneal has been with Cope since June of 2022. He started out as a part-time apprentice on one of our larger projects during the summer. He proved himself to be a valuable team member and came on board full-time in September.
Cisco has a degree in Business Management, along with 20 years of warehouse experience and 10 years of home remodeling. He joined Cope in 2024, initially for a part-time position but was hired for a full- time position with a promising career here at Cope Commercial Flooring. He is a devoted father who enjoys designing and giving tattoos, and drawing in his spare time.

Cope Commercial Flooring is proud to be a sponsor of the Camp Fowler Cabin Campaign. Owned and operated by Valley Youth House, Camp Fowler is a 43-acre property in Orefield, PA that provides therapeutic outdoor recreation for young people going through difficult times.
In 2020, Cope donated flooring material for 3 new cabins. Additional material donations and reduced priced installation for 2021 include phase 2 of this project for 4 additional cabins.
Founded in 1900, the Allentown Rescue Mission provides transformative services to homeless men. In 2019, Cope donated flooring material for the the Mission's chapel, along with discounted pricing for other flooring projects to help modernize their 100-year-old building.
Cope makes annual donations to Spin-a-Thon, a fundraising event which benefits Community Bike Works.
